EPS dozen met lekgaten — voor vis en zee voedsel

EPS dozen voor vis hebben standaard lekgaten in de bodem zodat smeltwater van ijs en gelpacks kan ontsnappen. Essentieel om vis schoon en hygiënisch te transporteren — standaard al decennia in de zee voedsel-distributie.

Waarom lekgaten?

Vis verliest vocht en smeltend ijs zorgt voor water. Zonder lekgaten verzamelt dit in de doos en zal de vis weken in eigen vocht — hygiënerisico en kwaliteitsverlies. Lekgaten lossen dit op.

Combineren met absorptiematten

Voor extra hygiëne combineer EPS met lekgaten + absorptiematten in de bodem. De matten absorberen smeltwater, lekgaten laten overschot weglopen.

Frequently asked questions

For which products is EPS used with leak holes?
Fish, shellfish, and all products with melting ice or released moisture.
For meat?
Use EPS without leakage holes for meat. Meat in a sealed package, optionally with an absorbent mat underneath.
Number of leak holes?
Standard 4-6 holes in the bottom. Quantity depends on box size and expected amount of meltwater.
