Geïsoleerde bodemvel voor extra bescherming

Een geïsoleerd bodemvel biedt extra bescherming voor temperatuurgevoelige producten tijdens transport. Het wordt geplaatst onderop de pallet of in de doos en dient als isolerende barrière tussen het product en de bodem — wat warmteoverdracht via de onderkant van de verpakking voorkomt.

Waarom een bodemvel?

De bodem is vaak een verzwakte plek in isolatie. Vloer van het transportmiddel, contact met andere pallets, of opslag op een hete bodem — allemaal bronnen van temperatuurverlies. Een bodemvel sluit deze 'thermal bridge' af en verlengt de effectieve koelduur.

Combinatie met thermohoes

Geïsoleerd bodemvel + thermohoes vormt samen een volledige passieve isolatie-cocoon rondom de pallet. We leveren ook combi-sets voor EURO en blok pallets.

Frequently asked questions

Do I really need a bottom sheet?
For air cargo and strictly controlled cold chain, yes — it seals the weakest point in the insulation. For shorter road transports, it can be omitted if the floor is not a heat source.
What sizes are available?
Standard EURO pallet (120×80) and block pallet (120×100). Custom sizes available for roll containers and other dimensions.
Combine with thermal pallet cover?
Yes, the ground sheet + thermal pallet cover forms a complete insulation cocoon. We also offer combo sets at a discount.
Is it reusable?
Yes, provided they are undamaged and clean. The lifespan is comparable to thermal pallet covers.
