Stevige kartonnen dozen in enkele en dubbele golf, geschikt voor algemene verpakking en als buitendoos voor isolatiezakken. Direct uit voorraad in diverse standaardformaten.

Dubbele golf

Dubbele golf voor extra stevigheid — essentieel voor zwaardere ladingen en stapelen. Voor lichte ladingen volstaat enkele golf (kostenvoordeliger).

Combineren met koelzakken

Een standaard kartonnen doos met daarbinnen een koelzak (isolatiezak) is een efficiënte cold-chain oplossing. Goedkoper dan EPS bij grote volumes en eenvoudig in afvalscheiding voor de eindgebruiker.

Doosmaten, afmetingen en gewicht

De afmetingen van een doos noteren we altijd als lengte × breedte × hoogte, in zowel millimeters als centimeters (binnenwerkse maat). Zo weet je precies of je product erin past. Onze standaard doos maten lopen van klein tot groot — kies de maat die je product plus eventueel opvulmateriaal netjes omsluit, zonder veel loze ruimte.

Het gewicht van een kartonnen doos hangt af van de afmetingen en de golf. Enkele golf is lichter, dubbele golf zwaarder maar steviger en beter stapelbaar. Een kleine verzenddoos weegt soms maar een paar honderd gram, terwijl een grote dubbelgolf doos ruim een kilo kan wegen. Houd daar rekening mee bij het berekenen van je verzendkosten.

How do I read the dimensions of a box?
Box dimensions are always given as length × width × height (L×W×H), noted in millimeters and centimeters. These are the internal measurements of the box, so you know exactly what fits inside. Measure your product and choose a size that just fits around it.
What does a cardboard box weigh?
The weight of a cardboard box depends on its size and the type of corrugation. A small single-wall box sometimes weighs only 100-200 grams; a large double-wall box can weigh over a kilogram. Heavier cardboard means more strength and stacking power, but it does add to your shipping weight.
Single or double wave?
Double corrugated for heavier loads or stacking. Single corrugated for lightweight products where cost savings are important.
What sizes are available?
We deliver various standard box sizes directly from stock. Custom sizes are available for larger orders.
Recyclable?
Yes, completely with the waste paper.
