What makes this box different?

Unlike the Insulation box with loose TempGuard sheets, the honeycomb insulation box has the insulation already built into the wall. That wall consists of a 100% paper combination of honeycomb cardboard (Hexacomb) and corrugated cardboard. The many hexagonal air chambers in the honeycomb act as insulation: they trap still air and thus slow down heat transfer — the same principle as styrofoam.

The result is an insulation value comparable to expanded polystyrene (EPS), but fully renewable, recyclable, and biodegradable. After use, the box simply goes with the waste paper.

The honeycomb structure not only makes this box insulating but also particularly strong and shape-retaining. Where an ordinary cooler box might dent, the honeycomb wall actually supports weight and resists pressure. Delivered flat, quick to assemble

The box is delivered flat instead of pre-assembled. This saves significant storage space and transport costs. For the best cooling result, fill the box as tightly as possible and place a gel pack on top of the product — cold air sinks and cools evenly. With the right gel packs, you can bridge 24 to 48 hours of transit, from chilled (2–8 °C) to deep freeze, without a refrigerated truck.
